sometimes when i am filling up my water bottle at work, i hear someone flush the toilet in the bathroom and then the water pressure drops down dramatically in the drinking fountain.
please tell me i am drinking a higher quality of water than what they pump through toilets.

you could think of it as putting high quality water in toilets.
